Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Coleman's Dynamic Products. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing & Fulfillment Time
Because our items are made just for you, processing times vary by product type:
  • Apparel (Print-on-Demand): These items are custom-printed after you place your order. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for printing and packaging before your item ships.
  • Books & Mugs: These items are processed and packed within 1 to 3 business days
Note: If your order includes a mix of apparel and other items, they may ship in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Shipping: $8.00-12.00 (or Free on orders over $150.00). Delivery typically takes [3 to 7] business days after the item leaves the fulfillment center.
  • Express Shipping: $31.00 & up. Delivery typically takes [1 to 3] business days after the item leaves the fulfillment center.
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. If your items are coming from different fulfillment centers, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
4. Damages & Lost Packages
Coleman's Dynamic Products is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost, please contact our support team at ColemansDynamicProducts@gmail.com within 5 days of the delivery date.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and include a photo of the damage in your email so we can fast-track a replacement for you.
Coleman's Dynamic Products reserves the rights if the damaged item will need to be returned.
